Family Tree

Since i ordered my DNA kit and have been filling in the blanks im realizing that i dont know alot of the answers to the questions about my heritage.I know almost nothing about my moms side of the family beyond my immidiate grandparents. All i know of my grandmas parents is their first names.Hopefully when i compare trees with my brother,we can exchange info and he may have more about them. Its interesting but so time consuming to enter all those name and dates and notes here and there i feel are important to know.

  1. Hi Linda! I did this a while back, and even though I knew a lot about my family background (Irish, English, German), I remember when I received the DNA test results and report, it felt very affirming. It showed that my ancestors came out from where I had always been told by family, and it felt reassuring to have a definite result. Good luck!
